Welcome to Wags Ranch!
We are located in the Palouse region just east of Moscow, ID and have been raising Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats since 2007. We are constantly striving to improve our herd specifically and the breed in general. We were blessed to have amazing mentors from the moment we bought our first does, including one who was a judge and on the committee that wrote the breed standard. For years we participated in an informal Linear Appraisal (LA) with this retired judge and in 2020 we were set to do a formal LA, but then it was canceled as a result of the pandemic. However, we intend to continue with our plans for going on milk test this year if at all possible.
Our herd tested clean using WADDL biosecurity screening test in February 2020.
